A.Yes you may, please email us your ideas and designs. The more carving and detail it has, the more expensive it becomes, but anything is possible and we will arrange it as cheaply as possible.

A.The items are securely packaged. The eggs and clay are individually wrapped and boxed. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure that our clients receive exactly what they ordered.

A.Yes we do, once the order is complete and the goods are packaged we will be able to supply an accurate quote, however you can organise your own shipping if you wish.

A.You have two options; sea freight and air freight. Air freight is the fastest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is slower but the cheapest. Air freight is the most viable to a weight of 250kg’s, thereafter it will have to go sea freight. Uniquely African will gladly advice you on your best option as well as giving you all the information to assist you in making a decision.

A.We will keep you posted on the progress of your order and make sure that you are fully informed at all times. On custom orders or normal orders we could also e-mail photos of the progress if required.

A.We advise you to insure your consignment as we have no control over the way the cargo is handled at the airline or if the container is banged on the ship or has fallen of the ship. Please enquire from your Uniquely African assistant regarding insurance and rates.
