ORDERING PROCEDURE

We currently export to several EU countries, the USA, Australia and Canada, and are always looking for new opportunities to introduce our wonderful wire art to the world. We can arrange all freight functions and will package goods according to your needs.

Orders are placed online or via email, should the times  permit it could be arranged over the telephone. We will always confirm via mail that the order has been received and is being processed. We regard all orders as important and can assure you that all orders are dealt with efficiently and swiftly.

No final packaging, freight weights, sizes or costs can be provided until a consignment has been finally packaged and is ready for dispatch.

 

For National distribution we have an account with Cape Couriers who offer an efficient service to all our South African clients. They offer us good rates and services and we encourage you to use them. However you may use own courier if you wish.

 

For International distribution we use World Net Logistics who offer an efficient service to our International cients. Once again, they give us good rates, but you are welcome to use your own Shipping Company if you wish.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • Bank transfer prior to despatch.
  • If insurance and transport is requested it must also be paid for before the goods are dispatched.
  • Items will only be released after proof of payment is received.
  • 50% Of the total amount is required when the order is placed, the other 50% ( plus Shipping or Courier charged, if requested ) is required prior to dispatch.

As virtually all of the creations represented on these pages are HAND-CRAFTED, each and every item will be different in one aspect or the other to those represented on these pages, and while every effort will be made to match the articles ordered as closely as possible to those represented here, no guarantees are given in respect of exact shape or size.

Dispatch will be within 3-4 weeks of ordering, depending on the quantity ordered whilst in busy periods, time lapse shall be longer.
